When it comes to dining by the water’s edge, Sydney Cove Oyster Bar is unique. No other CBD restaurant can offer the combination of postcard-perfect views of the city skyline, Circular Quay and the Harbour Bridge and the seductive splash of the sea, teamed with a menu of the freshest shucked-to-order oysters, Australian seafood and local, seasonal produce.
This year, Sydney Cove Oyster Bar marks its 25th anniversary: we opened on Australia Day 1988 and have been steered by the same management ever since. While we serve on average 15,000 dozen oysters a year, there’s much more to us than oysters – check out our tempting breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.
